1. Introduction

Welcome to Clotare. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at clotare.no (the "Service") operated by Clotare Travel Agency ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through Clotare are subject to availability. A deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to the start of the tour. Prices are listed in USD or NOK and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 60 days prior: Full refund minus administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 30-59 days prior: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior: No refund.

4. Liability

While Clotare prioritizes safety, some activities (skiing, hiking) carry inherent risks. Clotare is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or unforeseen delays caused by weather conditions or force majeure events.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
